Our Consulting practice has a dedicated team of over 300 practitioners focused on providing management consulting services.  We provide services to clients ranging from multinationals to large Chinese enterprises in all aspects of enterprise transformation, ranging from strategy and operations, financial management, human capital, enterprise application, technology integration and outsourcing.  We serve key industries including the Public Sector, Communications, Financial Services, Energy, Consumer Business, Manufacturing and Health Care.

Job responsibilities

The Manager / Senior Consultant (Technology and Process focused) will be responsible for helping our clients achieve business objectives, strengthen management capabilities through working with other members of our Consulting practice in providing management consulting services, mainly focusing on the technology areas (such as IT Planning, or Governance, Enterprise Application Integration, etc.), but also supporting our other lines of services as appropriate and necessary.  In addition, the Manager / Senior Consultant will assist us in developing business and practice, such as proposal preparation. Prior work experiences’ in banking, financial or related industries preferred.

Qualifications 

• Degree holder preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Studies or similar qualifications; knowledge on Accounting or Financial products preferred 

• 4 to 8 years or more experience in the field of management consulting or in consultant-like roles working in-house, audit experience will also be considered

• Good knowledge in any of the following areas: (1) IT Planning or Governance, (2) Enterprise Application Integration, (3) Technology Infrastructure Planning and Implementation, (4) Information / Data Security, (5) Data Warehouse Management, (6) Technology Infrastructure Planning and Implementation, and (6) ERP (e.g. SAP or Oracle) implementation

• Willing to travel to the Chinese Mainland

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English) 

• Fast learner, with flexibility and adaptability to work in different service lines and on different industries

• Excellent planning and organization skills with Project Management experience preferred

• Initiative, commitment and self-motivation

• Ability to work independently with proactive manner
