Lead the development of the application architecture, leveraging available products/packages where appropriate. 

•Translation of the client business and technical requirements, and constraints for a project into specific system solution including but not limited to platform, tools, database, servers, hardware and software, middleware, network, security, integrations and interfaces, physical IT facility etc. 

•Provide support for Pre-sales and project planning activities including customer presentation, preparing SOW, assessing technical risk, proof of concepts, sizing and costing, implementation plan, resource plan and migration efforts, methodology etc. 

•Guide and Negotiate effectively with team members (vendors, subcontractors, clients and IBMers) to accomplish the team's technical and schedule goals. 

•Advise on the work products and project deliverables that are required for the project and the approach to be taken. 

•Conducting customer workshops. 

•Review and Analyze current client system environments. 

•Assessment of the appropriate platform. 

•Compose detail technical analysis and reports such as technical feasibility study report. 

•Review and sign-off architecture deliverables 

•Design patterns and development best practices

Formal Degree holder with 10+ years solution design and development experience. 

•Solid project working experience on large scale project architecture design, component design, data modeling, process modeling in a complex client environment. 

•Solid working experience on SOA, ESB or EAI implementation. 

•Experience in the development of proposal/SOW, Proofs of Concept, technical presentation and documentation as well as the ability to conduct technology reviews, undertake a review of complex application portfolios and recommend a transformation strategy. 

•Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and communicate to the development team 

•Leadership experience on previous projects 

•Good analytical and communication skills 

•Possess a high level of motivation and initiative, and able to work independently. 

•Work in vendor environment prefer but not essential 

•Industry experience in Banking or Government is a plus

•Risk Management experience in Banking or Insurance is a plus
