Reporting to the Director of Technology & Manufacturing, a global semiconductor Storage & Network solution company and a co-owner of a foundry fab located inside the Chartered Semiconductor facility in Singapore with capacity of 25,000 wafer start a month, the Senior Technology manager will be responsible for technology development, process integration as well as manufacturing. In this capacity, he/she is also responsible for supporting customers in the areas of product engineering, production manufacturing, device & technology, design, testing, quality & reliability, customer support and planning.
Qualifications:

Ideal candidate must possess high level of integrity and ability to thrive on challenges. He/she should have track record in managing multi-projects and multi-business partners, demonstrated leadership capability in driving projects from inception to completion independently, proven management skill in leading engineering and R&D teams.

Ten year plus hands on experience in CMOS technology development and manufacturing is required.

Hands-on experience at nodes below 0.18 um is preferred.

Knowledge or expertise in SiGe and Bipolar technologies are significant pluses, as well as experience and knowledge in IC design and/or product engineering.

Excellent communication skill in English is a must.

The candidate must possess minimum of M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Ph.D. in E.E. preferred.
