Description
Drive inside sales representatives to meet daily sales matrix and sales revenue/ margin commitment.
Monitor, provide feedback and coaching to the Inside Sales Representatives through call observations
Build the tools, processes and infrastructure required to support the growing needs of the business
Build a strong team by coaching and developing internal high potential

Qualifications
Requirements
University level degree or higher in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of sales experiences in ICT industry
Have direct selling experience to an end-user customer base, with demonstrated account management experience as part of previous experience.
Fluency (written and spoken) in English.
Strong business and financial acumen
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player employees and by hiring externally
