We are looking for highly motivated SDET to help ship our next wave of web services and platforms to compete with Google and Yahoo!.</p>
<p>Responsibilities include:</p>
<p>1. Complete ownership of test schedule and resource planning, developing and reviewing feature test plan and test cases; and driving overall quality of your feature area(s).<br />
2. Designing and automating tests to ensure complete test coverage; analyzing bugs and issues; generating reports for test results and quality assessment;<br />
3. Collaboration with development, program management and other team members, as well as being a driver from test side.<br />
4. Participation in project planning, design, code reviews and day to day contributions to the product.</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>1. Demonstrated track record of shipping multiple software releases.<br />
2. Demonstrated domain knowledge in software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.<br />
3. Strong written and oral communication skills in English (both in office and when working with team members in the United States).<br />
4. Possess strong design and coding skills in C/C++/C#, and experienced in debugging applications. Ability to ramp up on new technologies, as well as design and develop testing tools.<br />
5. Passionate about understanding how things work and making software quality better for the customer, and a keen ability to identify, zero-in, and flush out problems and defects in complex software systems is highly preferred.<br />
6. Flexibility in working on fast changing project environment that may have changing requirements over time.<br />
7. At least 4 years of development and testing experience.<br />
8. Knowledge and experience in test automation and test design are required.<br />
9. Knowledge and experience in online services and/or advertising is a plus but not required.</p>

<p>Required Education and Experiences<br />
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse range of people with varying levels of technical understanding and ability in international environment.<br />
• Must be able to perform with high competence under stressful conditions.<br />
• Able to motivate others in sensitive situations.<br />
• Must have strong analytical skill. Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience is preferred.<br />
• Strong leadership with a sound technical background and experience. Minimum 6 year of team management experience.<br />

<p>The Lenovo OEM account team is seeking a GM to lead our GCR team and provide substantial exec presence on the ground in Beijing.</p>
<p>Overall Scope / Impact / Responsibilities<br />
Lenovo is currently the number four PC manufacturer worldwide; they are growing rapidly, recently posting 47% YoY PC growth for CY10Q2 per IDC. Best known in the western world as the manufacturer and marketer of ThinkPad notebook PCs and ThinkCentre desktop PCs, Lenovo is legendary in China, where they are the undisputed #1 PC brand.</p>
<p>Our “job one” as the Lenovo Account Team is to grow compay’s business with Lenovo faster than their PC hardware growth. We’re doing exactly that in virtually all markets WW &#8211; except China. By 2012, China will be the largest PC market in the world, so our imperative is clear. In addition, Lenovo’s WW decisions related to Consumer PCs, Linux phones and devices, and cloud strategy are increasingly being made by Beijing-based executives; we need strong exec presence on the ground in Beijing to maintain and deepen our relationship with Lenovo.</p>
<p>The GCR Account GM will lead an extremely talented Beijing-based team consisting of an account manager, account marketing manager, and contingency staff. Additional account v-team members include Support Engineers based in Beijing and Redmond. This position reports to the WW GM, Lenovo account team, based in Redmond.</p>
<p>Responsibilities and KPIs for the role include<br />
Driving meaningful, appropriate design wins, both GCR-specific and consumer WW (example: consumer product wins on x86 and ARM platforms)<br />
Growing genuine Windows and genuine company’s software faster than HW growth (BOS attach)<br />
Growing the percentage of business PCs in China running Windows Professional (Pro attach)<br />
Increasing CPE (partner satisfaction)<br />
Talent development and mentoring of your team<br />
Development of strong internal relationships are also required, including local sector and product audience peers (such as AntiPiracy, Public Sector, Enterprise Partner Group, Small and Midmarket Solutions and Partners Group, and Windows, IW, and Server BG leads).</p>
<p>Qualifications<br />
Four-year college degree required (Business or Science / Engineering disciplines); MBA preferred.<br />
Minimum 15 years direct or inside sales experience in IT, telco, or consumer electronics industries with proven ability to call high within partners<br />
Minimum 5 years people management experience<br />
Minimum 3 years working in China in a partner or segment sales role or biz dev environment<br />
PC industry knowledge including hardware standards, operating systems, and key distribution channels is required<br />
Ability to define how the company being “all in” with regard to the cloud relates to Lenovo and company’s partnership opportunities<br />
Excellent oral and written English skills required; fluency in Mandarin is a distinct plus<br />

<p>Responsibility/Activity<br />
1) Grow the business:<br />
Core sales and marketing focus driving attainment of specific revenue goals;<br />
Direct activities of TelePAMs to monitor the overall territory pipeline and SMB Breadth revenue forecast<br />
Enhance and evolve local territory strategies and tactics to deliver desired revenue results &#8211; maximizing the reach/frequency and yield mix within the local territory<br />
Drive community based coaching for partners to help them build sales skills and achieve desired buisness results.<br />
2) Develop Annual Territory Plans:<br />
Develop and execute local channel and territory development plan in partnership with Disti PAMs , CDM and SMB breadth lead and drive local channel activities to achieve desired revenue goals for Commercial OPEN &#8211; less UMM, Public Sector, SPLA and/or ISV Royalty Revenues<br />
Leverage GeoOptics and Breadth Analytics to gain insight into local channe. Develop and successfully execute territory&#8211;specific strategies to achieve desired revenue results via a mix of Reseller Reach, Frequency and Yield.<br />
Participate in Territory/Area capacity planning team &#8211; working with the Area General Manager (AGM), Channel Development Manager and Tele PAM manager to determine area capacity and coverage model. Ensure the Territory Plan addresses local gaps.<br />
3) Build and execute marketing plans:<br />
To support sales strategies, including tightly managing a territory marketing funds budget.<br />
Build territory sales and licensing capabilities within the breadth channel via targeted readiness and drive to partner offer uptake and measure impact via WWLP promotion data and MSSales data for OPEN reach, frequency , yield and annuity penetration and renewal rates<br />
Land competitive offers through Disti and drive local breadth channel recruiting as measured by # of net new breadth partners selling OPEN in, SMB Breadth, PS and SPLA.<br />
4) Business Relationships:<br />
Develop and maintain strong business relationships at local level with key influencers and leverage points within the channel including local management of Distis, SPLARs, IAMCP, SBSC Partner Area Leads and foster relationships to with local partner executives.<br />
5) Partner Satisfaction.<br />
Attainment of NMP and Tele Managed CPE goals established in territory plan.<br />
Help drive partner satisfaction by ensuring majority of time is spent with local partners.<br />
Lead local community model and outreach through 1:many engagement and community vehicles ( BLOGs, events, Distis, Influencers, local PR)<br />
Ensure partner awareness of the Response Management System.<br />
Use Partner Experience Center (PEC, internal tool, part of RM) to resolve complex partner questions.</p>

The BPO group is the business center of excellence for cross-subsidiary business planning, market intelligence, systems/tools resources and assets across Segments and Business Groups (BG’s) to drive clear business &amp; marketing insights that result into cohesive strategic and growth oriented business initiatives.</p>
<p>As a Market Intelligence Manager, you will enable decision-makers within the subsidiary to make informed decisions, scope and size market-making opportunities, and identify threats by generating, analyzing and delivering market insights and trends, conducting market research, and making strategic recommendations. The role is a key contributor to subsidiary planning and prioritization, growth modeling and opportunity sizing, and longer term strategic planning.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:<br />
o Managing MI rhythm and delivering external market insights that impact decisions &#8211; with a focus on trends, implications, and recommendations, as well as opportunities and threats to the subsidiary with respect to:<br />

o Delivering high-level corporate insights on key competitors. Good intelligence required for the company’s key competitors to enable LT, BG and segment to build targeted plans to win over competitors. Validate and provide qualitative market context to support the share discussion managed by the company’s corporate.<br />
o Driving GCR and PRC MI planning and operational excellence. Delivering and executing on an annual Market Intelligence Plan that is fully aligned with subsidiary priorities and goals, and close key knowledge gaps identified in planning. Manage GCR and PRC MI budget and vendor engagements with budget efficacy. Maintain and promote an online repository of market intelligence, leveraging regional/area and corporate resources, systems and tools, wherever possible<br />
o Local and global research management and support. Lead all major market primary and secondary research projects and investments within China and/or GCR, including regional and/or global trackers and syndicated research. Liaise with corporate and regional counterparts to share best practices and leverage all resources.<br />
o Providing Market Intelligence discipline expertise, including the development of a research brief and commissioning process for ad hoc projects, ensuring these are conducted in compliance with privacy and IP policies as well as market research norms and standards.</p>

<p>Qualifications</p>
<p>The ideal candidate should have proven solid market research experiences in at least one multinational company and demonstrated successful track record in driving business management and maket intelligence and insights and be able to collaborate with various departments to achieve mutual success. Specific qualifications include:<br />
o A minimum of 7 years research experiences in at least one multinational company that includes market research, project management and analytical job. Candidates with both agency and client side experiences preferred.<br />
o Strong analytical and interpretation skills and demonstrated capabilities in strategic and logical thinking and a track record of positive contribution to business decisions will be preferred.<br />
o Technology industry, public policy and international experience highly desirable.<br />
o Excellent teamwork and communications and presentation skills. Should be able to work in high pressure environment.<br />

A priority growth opportunity will be in the commercial and public sector segments where organizations will be driving large-scale migrations and upgrades to the latest available Windows Operating System (OS). <p>The Product Marketing Manager for Enterprise Segment will be responsible for defining and executing an integrated sales and marketing plan to drive awareness and demand among top enterprise and public sector customers, evaluation of the product, sales programs to drive purchase and dedicated programs to drive deployment and ensure customer satisfaction.</p>
<p>In this position, you will work closely with an internal virtual team across China and corporate HQ as well as local customers and partners. The key audiences with which you will be connecting include:<br />
Work with China enterprise sales teams to develop and execute a tightly integrated sales and marketing plan to drive demand, evaluation, purchase and deployment<br />
Work with an extended group of marketing managers to develop and execute commercial awareness plans across several marketing vehicles<br />
Liaise with corporate product marketing organization to leverage content, strategy, programs and other resource support to build the enterprise segment plans for Windows in China<br />
Work with outside partners and vendors to execute plans<br />

<p>Key Responsibilities<br />
This job includes leading an integrated sales and marketing plan to drive awareness, evaluation, purchase and deployment of Windows in the enterprise and public sector segments. Specific responsibilities include:<br />
Define Windows customer value proposition for enterprise and public sector segments- Work with corporate product marketing to leverage global customer value proposition and customize for local market environment with local research and customer feedback.<br />
Business Planning and Leadership &#8211; Develop annual business plan and regular forecasts to meet fiscal year revenue, customer deployment and customer satisfaction targets for Windows in the enterprise and public sector segments.. Represent the enterprise and public sector segment business performance in Windows BG monthly and quarterly business reviews with financial reporting and measuring progress and health of overall business.<br />
Integrated segment sales and marketing plan &#8211; With a virtual team that includes key counterparts in the enterprise and public sector sales organizations, develop and execute an integrated sales and marketing plan to drive the following:<br />
o Strong Demand and Awareness for accelerated adoption of the latest version of Windows and also key scenarios enabled by the company’s Optimized Desktop. This will include a marketing plan to reach customers 1-1, 1-few and 1-many to communicate the value proposition, perception of momentum, and case examples. This will also involve producing key customer case studies to fuel marketing activities.<br />
o Drive evaluation and remove barriers for adoption &#8211; Customers face several barriers to adoption of a new Operating System. To address this, you will define and execute specific programs and sales motions within the sales teams to engage customers in pilots and proof of concepts that ready them for adoption of the new OS.<br />
o Sales programs to drive purchase &#8211; Work with sales teams and peer product marketing managers to introduce key offers and programs that establish clear selling motions to drive sales results expected from budget and quota plans.<br />
o Programs to drive deployment, adoption and satisfaction &#8211; Drive programs and customer account-level planning to meet customer deployment and satisfaction targets.<br />
Great product and Solution evangelism &#8211; As a product marketing manager, you will be expected to engage in continuous education Windows products and solution scenarios with customers, partners, press and internal audiences. This will include one-to-many activities as well as supporting one-to-one strategic customer and partner engagements.<br />
Field Sales Readiness &#8211; Execute training and readiness programs to empower the company and partner sales forces to successfully sell Windows and deliver value to customers. This will include developing and delivering necessary training to sales teams and also customer-ready materials used by sales.<br />
Orchestration and Leadership &#8211; For all plans and initiatives, it will be critical to demonstrate strong orchestration and cross-group leadership with extended marketing and sales team across the subsidiary organization. This will involve leading virtual teams for initiatives, product launches and customer/partner programs. Also, work with extended teams and peer subsidiaries to share best practices and contribute to planning and execution of cross-region activities.</p>
<p>Experience and Skill Requirements<br />
This position will require a candidate with a good balance of experience and knowledge in driving planning and execution of sales and marketing programs, leading collaboration across an organization, and engaging with customers and partners. Specifically, this should include:<br />
Must have proven experience with planning and executing marketing programs, specifically targeting commercial and government customers and partner, and also with one-to-many marketing activities<br />
Demonstrated ability to drive results by leading and working with extended teams<br />

The OEM Business Development Manager will be responsible for delivering the business goals in the respective region. Manage existing OEM account base and develop new opportunities &amp; accounts.  Build relationships with key account executives, understand customer business problems, and help solve problems through the company’s OEM-based solutions, products and services.
